We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, attendance and roster management, documentation, and employee lifecycle support. The role involves close coordination with employees, department heads, and external agents to ensure smooth workforce operations, timely hiring, effective onboarding, and continuous HR support in a fast-paced marine and logistics environment.
Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, and day-to-day workforce support. The role involves handling employee rosters, attendance, leave tracking, and resolving employee queries while ensuring smooth communication between employees, department heads, and external agents. The HR Executive will support visa and documentation processes, monitor onboarding and exit formalities, and ensure all HR activities are completed accurately and on time. The position also includes assisting in employee engagement activities, probation tracking, and performance review coordination, ensuring efficient HR operations in a fast-paced marine and logistics environment.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, and interview coordination
• Prepare job descriptions and coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
• Handle onboarding process including offer letters, documentation, induction, and employee setup
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and rosters
• Manage attendance, leave tracking, and follow-ups for employee compliance
• Coordinate with external agents for visa processing and documentation support
• Assist in employee queries and provide day-to-day HR operational support
• Monitor probation status and coordinate performance review meetings
• Support employee engagement activities such as birthdays, anniversaries, and events
• Coordinate exit formalities including handover, asset collection, and clearance process
• Assist in appraisal and promotion process coordination with reporting managers
• Ensure proper HR documentation, reporting, and policy compliance support
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist HR role
• Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Good communication and coordination skills to handle employees and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment
• Experience in marine, shipping, logistics, manpower supply, or shipyard industry
• Exposure to blue-collar or technical workforce handling
• Experience in employee onboarding, visa coordination, and documentation processes
• Familiarity with HRMS tools, payroll systems, and HR reporting
